Funeral services for Viola Foster Wilson of Mt. Home will be 2PM Saturday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Dillion officiating. Mrs. Wilson died Nov 24, 1999, at Mt. Home. She was 94.
She was born March 6, 1905, in Culp to James Henry and Rosie Osburn Standerfer. She was a retired cook for Jodie's Cafe in St. Robert, MO. She was a member of the College and North Church of Christ.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by three daughters, Leda Parnell, Glenda Melton and Jackie R. Best, all of Mt. Home; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ramond Foster; second husband, Walter Wilson; three daughters, Esta Lee, Nina Ray and Wanda; one son, J.L. foster; four sisters; and two brothers.
Visitation will be noon-9PM Friday at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8PM. Pallbearers will be Michael Parnell, Larry Parnell, John Watson Melston, Nathan Wolf, Rodney Best and Jason Wolf. Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation.
