January 6, 1943 - June 16, 2023
Eula Joan (Kissee) Jones, 80 of Walnut Ridge, died Friday June 16, 2023 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.
She was born January 6, 1943 in Walnut Ridge, AR to Henry & Truel Kissee. Joan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She worked as a business office manager at Harp's Grocery. She was of Baptist belief and attended Oak Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Truel; husband, Melvin Jones; sister, Imogene Spreitler; and brother, Bill Kissee.
Joan is survived by her daughter, Cindy Jones of Jonesboro; son, Craig (Angee) Jones of Walnut Ridge; granddaughters, Alyssa, Melanie, Madison, Lauren, & Caitlin Jones; great-grandson, Gabriel Oguntimehin; and many other families and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday June 18, 2023 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00AM Monday June 19, 2023 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
Burial will be in Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Homes of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
The family ask in leau of flowers to make a donationg to the St.Judes Children's Hospital.
