FARMINGTON — Everett Davis, 85, of Farmington, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, in Fayetteville. He was born Jan. 12, 1930, in Bidville, Ark., the son of Albert Duie Davis and Lela M. Perdue Davis.
He was employed by the City of Fayetteville in the Street Department for 15 years, by the cities of Wheeler and Johnson as Constable for 16 years and by Buds Mill in Fayetteville for 10 years.
Survivors include: son, Lee Davis of Fayetteville; daughter, Rose Moore of Lincoln; three sisters, Patsy McClendon of Fayetteville, Barbara Fritz of Fayetteville, Dorothy McCaully of Fayetteville; two brothers, Carl Davis and Celvin Davis; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Graveside services will 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Tharp Cemetery.
