SPRINGDALE — Judy Hillard Davis, a beloved servant of God, was called home on Aug. 4, 2008. She was born Dec. 15, 1948, to Jack and Angie Thomasson Greer of Ozark.

She grew up in Ozark and married. She moved to Springdale and began to raise her family. She taught school in Ozark and recently retired from Springdale High School. She was actively involved in volunteering throughout the community and her church. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Springdale. She was a vibrant woman who loved God, life and her family. She spent her days living life to the fullest. She loved everything from riding water crafts in the lake to feeding animals on her front porch. She loved to share God's grace with each person she met.

She was preceded in death by Courtney Hillard, her parents, Jack and Angie Greer.

She leaves behind her husband and love, Cecil Davis; her two daughters, Angie Gibbs and Courtney Anderson. Their husbands, Graham Gibbs and Jon Anderson. She also leaves behind her joys, Kegan and Caden Anderson and Katie Gibbs. Her two brothers and their wives, John and Cindy Greer and Jimmy and Sonya Greer, all of Fort Smith. She also leaves behind many other loved family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, at First Baptist Church in Springdale with Dr. Ronnie Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sisco Chapel in Springdale.

Memorials may be made to Mission Northwest Arkansas at First Baptist Church in Springdale, 1709 Johnson Road, Springdale, 72762.

SPRINGDALE — Cecil J. Davis, 68, of Springdale died Nov. 6, 2011, at Circle of life Hospice. He was born April 30, 1943, in Siloam Springs, to Walter and Velva Mae Davis. He was retired from Cargill and a member of Cross Church in Springdale.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Hillard Davis; and a sister, Marlene Gusteson.

He is survived by son, Tony Davis and wife, Tracy, of Siloam Springs; daughters, Courtney Anderson and husband, Jon, and Angie Gibbs, all of Springdale; one brother, Gerald Davis of Siloam Springs; and three grandchildren, Kegan Anderson, Caden Anderson and Katherine Gibbs, all of Springdale.

A private graveside service was in Friendship Cemetery, with the Rev. Doug Sarver officiating, under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.

Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale AR 72762.
