WELCH, Okla. — Harvey Lee Reed, 63, a resident of Welch, Okla., passed away April 24, 2014, in Joplin, Mo. He was born Oct. 27, 1950, in Lincoln, Ark., the son of George Newton and Lorraine Ruth Hibbert Reed.
Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Reed; his parents; one brother, John Reed; and one sister, Beverly Lee.
Survivors include three brothers, Jim Reed and wife, Thanya, of Grand Prairie, Texas, Bill Reed and wife, Ann, of Farmington, and Buster Reed of Fayetteville; two sisters, Janice Reed of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Donna Thompson and husband, Kevin, of Lincoln; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014, 2 p.m. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Beaty Cemetery; there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
