Mrs. Josephine Cox, 55, died Saturday in San Jose, Calif. She was born in 1906 in Madison County, Ark., the daughter of Emmit and Frances Hall.
Survivors are one son, William Harris, Fayetteville; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hughes of Springdale and Mrs. Jennie Fletcher of San Jose, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Frances Gabbard of Fayetteville; three sisters, Mrs. Esther Kenn of Farmington, Mrs. Bessie Teague of San Jose, and Mrs. Ruth West of Fayetteville; five brothers, Calvin and James Hall, both of Stilwell, Okla., Dillard of Atlanta, Ga., Obie of Africa, and Alvie of Fayetteville; and seven grandchildren.
The body will be returned here for burial. Funeral arrangements, in charge of Moore's Funeral Chapel are incomplete.
