LOWELL — Richard Gale Clark, 72, of Lowell died Oct. 24, 2002, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born Jan. 19, 1930, at Ava, Mo., to Albert and Grace Brant Clark. He moved to the area nine years ago from Oklahoma. He had served in the Air Force and was a mechanic for American Airlines. He was a member of Hickory Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father of Washington, Ill.; his wife, Josephine Drymon Clark, to whom he was married May 23, 1993; one son, Richard Steven Clark of Tulsa, Okla.: one daughter, Deborah Romanski and husband Hank of Tulsa; two stepdaughters, Georgette Madewell and husband Wayne and Brenda Smith and husband Brian, all of Siloam Springs; one brother, Donald Clark of Washington; three sisters, Carol Williams of Washington, Doris Runyon and Karen Little, both of Peoria, Ill.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Farmington Cemetery with the Rev. Raymond Martin officiating. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Hickory Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 13244 Hickory Creek Road, Lowell, 72745.
