Born February 23, 1891 died October 11, 1911, at Chaplin, Madison County, Arkansas. Daughter of Archie James & Sarah Jane Hawkins.
The Springdale News, 20 October 1911, taken from The Huntsville Democrat: Gordon Hawkins and family went to Chaplin yesterday to attend the funeral of Mr. Hawkins’ sister, Daisy, who had been in poor health for several months prior to her death which occurred Wednesday night.
This Hawkins Family Cemetery is located at Chaplin. The tombstone which went with this base shown in this picture is missing; and it's believed that this was Daisie's tombstone. There are two broken commercial tombstones here but neither one of them fits on this base(those two broken stones are the grandparents of Daisy).
