Mrs. Rachel Hawkins, 93, died Friday at her home in Combs. She was born Oct. 9, 1873 in Kentucky.
She is survived by a son, Jasper of Springdale; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Haskins of Combs and Mrs. Louise Ellichman of Joplin, Mo.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Dora Holland of Hutchinson, Kan.; 31 grandchildren, 57 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were hold Monday Nov. 28, with Rev. Barm officiating with burial in Riverside Cemetery under direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were: Wiley Harriman, Bert Wood, Virgil Wood, Kenny Bryant, Johnny Hawkins and Alfred Hawkins.
