FAYETTEVILLE — John Monroe Fields, 50, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at Washington Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug, 7, 1960, at Oceanside, Calif., the son of Monroe and Betty Reding Fields. He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Cheryl Johnson.
He was a truck driver for Northwest Oil Company.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Fields of Fayetteville; a sister, Melody Moubarak of Fayetteville; a brother, Glenn Fields of Fayetteville; two nephews, Sumner Fields and Evan Moubarak; and two nieces, Tamra Carter and Jasmeen Moubarak.
Graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, Nov. 27, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
