Tom Fields, 77, of Springdale, died Monday at Springdale Memorial Hospital, He was born Dec. 5, 1904 in Madison County. He was a member of Caudle Avenue Baptist Church and was a retired poultry farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Dunlap Fields of the home; a daughter, Jean Lewis, Ellesburg, Wash.; a sister, Juanita Stillman, El Dorado; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Sisco Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Emile Rousseau officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home, Springdale.

Grace Lee Fields, 84, of Springdale died Nov. 20, 1991, at Springdale. She was born Nov. 17, 1907, at Hindsville, the daughter of Mose and Maud Langham Dunlap. She was a homemaker and a member of Caudle Avenue Baptist Church in Springdale.
Survivors include one daughter, Jean Lewis of Ellenburg, Wash.; two brothers, Harrison Dunlap of Clamouth River, Calif., and Paul Dunlap of Pedley, Calif.; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sisco Chapel of Springdale with the Rev. Burton A. Miley officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cleo Lloyd, Johnny Hinds, David Hinds, Tom Durham, Leroy Adams and Bill Ames.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Mida Neff, Memorial Chairman, 102 Woodcliff Road, Springdale 72764.
