PINEVILLE, Mo. — Twyla Sue Wardlaw, 67, of Pineville died Sept. 3, 2007, at Highlands Healthcare Center in Bella Vista. She was born June 4, 1940, in Cyclone, Mo., to Frank Jess and Ruby Lenorah Hopkins Cowan.
She married Charles Ronald Wardlaw, on June 9, 1956. She was employed by First Brands in Rogers. She enjoyed cooking, painting and quilting. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Danna Kaye Fjelsted and grandson, Ronald Wayne Fjelsted.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Charles Wardlaw of the home; one son, Alan Wardlaw and Tammi of Arkadelphia; one brother, J.E. Cowan of Raymore, Mo.; two sisters, Roberta Reeder of Webb City, Mo., Dorothy Kyser of Carrollton, Texas; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Wardlaw Cemetery with Jamey Cope officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
