PARKER, Louis E. - Louis E. Parker died Tuesday noon at his home on South A St. after an illness of only a week or so. Death is said to have been the result of kidney trouble brought on by lead poisoning. He had been in poor health for quite a while but his condition was only known to be serious a few days before his death. Funeral services were held at the M.E. church, South and were conducted by the pastor, Rev. O'Bryant. It was under the auspices of the Masonic order, the deceased being Senior Warden of the local lodge. The deceased was born August 15, 1866 in Iowa and he married twice, first to Miss Burks, who died fifteen years later, and August 6, 1909 to Mrs. Nancy Tiner-Moore, who survives him. Mr. Parker was a painter and paper hanger and had been in Rogers about four years. He was a popular workman and his death is regretted by all. He united with the M.E. church, South of this city June 10, 1910.
