W. H. Bowman

Funeral services were held at 1 PM Tuesday at the Old Galatia Church for W.H. Bowman, age 80, of Norfork, who died Friday at the home of a son, M.L. Bowman, in North Little Rock.
Rev. Tobe Wallis officiated and the interment was in Galatia Cemetery.
Mr. Bowman, a retired farmer, was a member of the Pentecostal Church. He was born at Little Rock on October 22, 1878 and was the son of the late William Bowman and Mrs. Josie Johnson Bowman.
He moved to this county from North Little Rock about 30 years ago.
Survivors included a son, M.L. Bowman of North Little Rock; three daughters, Mrs. Susie Guyette of Mitchell, NE, Mrs. Alma Gray of Norfork, and Mrs. Ella McCallister of Little Rock; A sister Mrs. Lydia Moore of Little Rock; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Roller funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
