Euria K. Haney, 88, of Norfork died Thurday of last week at the Saline County Hospital in Benton.
Born Sep 9, 1887, at Cartney, Mr. Haney was the son of Sam and Elizabeth Barnett Haney. He was a lifetime resident of Baxter County.
Mr. Haney is survived by four sons, Orville Haney of Spokane, WA, Lesle Haney of San Jose, CA, Lenford Haney of Norfork and Thelmar J. Haney of Kansas City, MO; two daughters, Mrs. Opal Moody of Los Angeles, Ca and Mrs. Martha Pittson of Little Rock; and a brother, Bob Haney of Mt. Home; 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral sservices for Mr. Haney were held Saturday of last week at 2PM at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Troy Melton officiating. Burial was in the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemtery.
Pallbearers were Ray Martin, Lloyd Bolding, Robert Haney, Melvin haney, Gene Adams and Ed Pinkston.
Mr. Haney, a farmer, was a member of the Frist Baptist Church of Norfork.
