Don Casey Haney, 69, of Route 2, Mt. Home, died Friday, May 31, at a Calico Rock hospital.
Funeral services were held last Sunday at the Mt. View Mennonite Church in the Buffalo community with Rev. Troy Melton and Rev. James Hershberger officiating. Burial was in the Heiskill Cemetery under direction of Roller-McClure Funeral Service.
Mr. Haney, a retired farmer, was a lifetime resident of Baxter County. He was born on December 28, 1893, at Buffalo, the son of the late Richard Haney and Mary Heiskill Haney.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ellar Haney of the home; three brothers, Webster Haney of Oologah, OK, Van Haney and George Haney both of Gainesville, MO; a sister, Minnie Fletcher of Mt. Home and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Marvin Bolding, Lawrence Sinor, Joe Misic, Short White, Larry Sinor and Lowell Sinor.
