Death at Newburg
Mrs Maggie Floyd, wife of Lindsey Floyd of Newburg died at her home last Monday afternoon after a lingering illness of several months, Being a victim of tuberculosis. She was about 30 years of age. Deceased spent practically all her life in this county and was a most highly respected lady. She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband and three children. Burial took place in the Owens Cemetery, two miles north of Newburg, Tuesday afternoon, funeral services being conducted by Eld. D. A. Hively of this place.
