July 21, 1893 - May 1, 1973
Bob Martin, 79 of Bearden died Tuesday morning in a local nursing home. He was a Baptist, and a former guard at the Naval Ammunitions Depot. Funeral services were to be held today at 2 p.m. at Proctor's Chapel, with burial in Moss Cemetery. Martin is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ben C. Stewart of West Memphis; one brother, Jewell Martin of Little Rock; three sisters, Mrs. Hazel Jones of Little Rock, Mrs. Lula Arnold and Mrs. Dorothy Hinthorn of Bearden, and one grandchild.
