Pearl Edwards, age 96 of Judsonia, died Monday, January 21, 2008, in Searcy.
She was born Thursday, September 7, 1911 in Providence to Jacob Oliver Smith and Margaret Mae (Edwards) Smith. She was a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Richard D. Edwards and wife Yvonne of Callahan, Florida; two daughters, Violet Ann (Smith) Loftis and husband Chuck, Carole Neale and husband Chris, all of Visalia, California; eleven grandchildren, Debbie Armstrong, Tommy Edwards, Davy Edwards, Phyllis Lathrop, Mike Edwards, Darrell Smith, Doug Smith, James Smith, Mark Smith, Chris Neale, IV, Patricia Neale Daniels; 32 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold H. Edwards; son, Kenneth Edwards; grandson, Ricky Edwards; seven brothers; and two sisters.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 6:30 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at White County Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 556 Salem Church Road, Judsonia, Arkansas 72081 or to the charity of your choice.
