November 19, 1951 - July 13, 2018

Leo White, son of the late Elvis White and May Elizabeth Sims White, was born November 19, 1951 in Wentachee, Washington. He departed this life July 13, 2018 at his home at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 24 days. He was united in marriage to Lynn Davis August 5, 1977 and together they raised one son. Leo spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, uncle,father, grandfather, provider and friend. Most of his working years were spent as a front-end operator at Unimin Corporation in Guion. He retired after 28 ½ years of employment.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Lynn White of the home; one son: Clayton White and wife Jennifer of Melbourne; one brother: Ernest White and Christine of Mount Pleasant; two sisters: Earnestine Winsted and husband Wayne of Van Buren and Brenda Shaver and Joe Uecker of Poughkeepsie; one grandson: Case White and a host of other relatives and many good friends.

Leo was preceded in death by his parents and one niece: Mercedes Medlock.

Visitation and graveside funeral service will be Sunday, July 15. Visitation will be held at Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Melbourne from 2-4 p.m. Graveside funeral service will follow at Reeves Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Junior Fisher, Tim Smith, Bobby Langston, Wayne Winsted, Ken Medlock and Joe Uecker.

Honorary Pallbearers: Friends from Unimin, Van Johnson and Ernest White.
