William John Pickett, 83, of Camden, died in a Camden hospital Saturday morning. He was a retired butcher. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Laura Mae Anders Pickett; four sons, Robert Pickett, Ray Pickett, Charles Pickett, all of Camden, and Hugh Pickett of San Francisco, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Lorene Gaskin, El Dorado, Mrs. Mavene Toll of Hazen, and Mrs. Mildred Steed of Stuttgart; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home of Camden. (The El Dorado Times - October 12, 1964)
