Charlotte Louise (Wobbel) Sheppard was the daughter of Albert Henry Theodore Wobbel and Leila Fairfield (Neal) Rand.
She died from child birth complications.
She married Chester Lee Sheppard. They had two daughters: Lavern Ann (Mitchell) and Wanda Fay (Frazier-Barnes).
