March 30, 1871 - May 17, 1916
*Obituary
Rogers Democrat
Thursday, May 18, 1916
LEE, J.T. "Jube" - J.T. Lee. best known to his friends as "Jube," died Tuesday night at his home in the southeast part of town, the result of Bright's Disease. He was 45 years old, having been born March 30, 1871 in Carroll county, Ark. He is survived by a wife and several children. He had been in poor health for some time but it was only a week or two ago that he learned that his case was considered hopeless. He went to bed at once and sank rapidly. For quite a number of years Mr. Lee was the carrier on Route 1 out of Rogers but was let out when one route was abandoned last fall. Funeral services were held at the home yesterday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. O.A. Greenleaf. He had a large circle of friends and his death is a great grief to all of them.
