DECATUR - Kia Lee, 87, of Decatur died March 17, 2006, at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab. She was born March 5, 1919, in Xieng Khouang, Laos, to Nhia Long Lee and Say Yang. She was a homemaker and attended the First Baptist Church in Gravette.
Survivors include four sons, Meng Chi of Winder, Calif., Cheeneng Thao of Jay, Okla., Blia Xeng Thao of Decatur and Nhia Cha Thao of Thailand; five daughters, Yuaa Thao and Maiko Lee, both of Fresno, Calif., Nao Thor and Nou Yang, both of Decatur, and Pang Yang of Warren, Mich.; three brothers, Thu Pao Lee and Xia Ge Lee, both of California, and Lee Nang of Australia; three sisters, Sheng Lee of South Carolina, May Lee of Laos and Phoua Lee of Australia, and many grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. today and Friday, and from 9 a.m. to midnight Saturday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Oak Hill Cemetery.
