Lorene Kay Douglas, 44, of Siloam Springs, died June 2, 2010, at home. She was born
Jan 27, 1966, in Pueblo, Colo., to Charles L. and Neta I. Shroyer Douglas. She worked at Day Spring Cards.
Survivors include her parents of Siloam Springs; and a sister, Sharon Douglas Gray of Siloam Springs.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs. Burial will follow.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
