CAVE SPRINGS -- Juanita D. Lewis, 71, of Cave Springs died Oct. 15, 1999, at Rogers. She was born Jan. 11, 1928, at Antlers, Okla., to John and Flora McCarty McCall. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Her husband, Joe Lewis, preceded her in death in 1996.
Survivors include one son, Michael Lewis of Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Marianne Lewis and Belva Plumlee, both of Springdale; one adopted son; one sister, Johnnie L. Leighton of Niceville, Fla.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with Marianne Lewis officiating.
