Married William Clatys Whiteaker, July 18, 1920, Izard County, Arkansas.

Ida Belle Whiteaker, 89 of Calico Rock died June 4, 1988 at Calico Rock Medical Center. She spent her working years as a homemaker, domestic industrialist, was a member of the Baptist Church and had resided in this area all her life.
Survivors include 2 sons, Thurl Whiteaker of Mountain Home & Bob Whiteaker of Pineville; 4 daughters, Wilma Talbert, Ruby Mahan and Ruth Royston, all of Wichita, Kansas and Shirley Teal of Topeka, Kansas, 16 grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband William, her parents, 7 brothers, 6 sisters and 1 grandson.
Services were held June 7 at Calico Rock Chapel with Price Lovelace officiating. Burial was at Wises Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Dennis Mahan, Darlyn Mahan, Gary Phillips, Ronnie Sallee, Orbie Whiteaker, Hayes Whiteaker, Ralph Ingram and T. J. Hively.
