Mrs. Loretta Ball, 53, of Johnson, died this morning in a local hospital. Born May 17, 1922 at Springdale, the daughter of Roy W. and Cecil Mason Hughes, she was a graduate of University High School and a member of the Church of Christ at Johnson.
Survivors are her husband, Leo Ball of the home; three sons, James Austin Ball of Springdale and Mark Lee and Peter Hughes Ball, of the home; her parents of Springdale; four brothers, Harold Hughes, Anaheim, Calif., Kenneth and Herbert Hughes of Springdale, and Larry Hughes of Fayetteville; two sisters, Mrs. Lenora Sutton of Springdale and Mrs. Donna Danner of Fayetteville; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Hughes of Springdale.
