Excerpt from The Baxter Bulletin, Mountain Home, Arkansas, May 23, 1952:
Henry Randolph Messick, 68, died at his home here yesterday, burial in the Pilgrim's Rest cemetery. Survivors: son, Elvin, Provo, Utah, a daughter, Mrs. Henry Mooney and a sister Mrs. Nona Reed.
