Born October 5, 1917, McPhearson, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Died June 15, 1994, Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Joe Green Helton and Sarah Lester Helton.
Married (1) Phillip Amon Pruitt.
Married (2) Allen Messick.

Willie Thelma Messick, 76, of Mt. Home died Wednesday, June 15, at Baxter County Regional Hospital.
She was born in McPherson on Oct 5, 1917.
Messick was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Messick; her parents, Sarah (Lester) Helton and Green Helton; one daughter and two sons.
She is survived by two brothers, J.W. 'Red' Helton of Mt. Home and Presley Helton of Denver, CO, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service was held Sunday, June 26, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Minister Seth Dickerson officiating. Burial was private.
Memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall Building Fund.
Arragements were by Roller Funeral Home.
