Will Payne, a pioneer of Norfork, died at the residence of Mrs. Charles Blevins, his sister, at Norfork, Sunday and was laid to res in the Norfork Cemetery Monday. He had been a resident of this place all his life. He is survived by one son and Mrs. Blevins, his sister.
