Died near Rozales, Luzon, Philippine Islands.
Son of Jesse Arthur & Sara Ada Pitts Wilson.

Pvt. Chas. H. Wilson
Pvt. Chas H. Wilson, 19 year old son of the late J. A. Wilson and Mrs. Ada Wilson of Route 5, Calico Rock, died on Luzon May 6. He had been ill since April 3 and seriously ill since May 3. Official notice of his death was received Saturday.
Charles had been in the service since December, 1943. He took his training at Camp Frannin, Texas and was sent over seas in October 1944.
Three of his brothers are in service. Scott, an ordinance man 2nd class, has been missing in the Pacific since February, 1942; Bill, a private first class in the 67th Evacuation Hospital in Czechoslovakia and Bob, seaman second class serving on the U. S. Indiana in the Pacific.
Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs Leila Drown of Pineville, Mrs Frances Jetton of Harrison and Jean and Patti of Calico Rock and two other brothers, Donald and Paul David Wilson of Calico Rock.
