Lalath Owens, 78, of Decatur, died Tuesday, March 5, at Quail Ridge Living Center.
She was born July 29, 1912, at Decatur to Felix Wilmoth and Georgia Jenks Wilmoth. She was a lifetime resident of Decatur, where she was employed by Peterson Industries. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Decatur. Her husband, Charles Owens, preceded her in death.
Survivors are a brother, Robert Wilmoth of Rogers; two sisters, Lillie Harrington of Decatur and Reba Haggard of Seattle, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral is set for 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Decatur with the Rev. Terry Eaton officiating. Burial is to be in Decatur Cemetery. Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
