Husband of Shirley Anderson Perry.

Harold Dean Perry was fatally injured in a construction accident at Cherokee, Colbert County, Alabama. He died enroute to Baptist Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee, near Corinth, Mississippi.

ALABAMA ACCIDENT FATAL TO HAROLD DEAN PERRY, 22

Harold Dean Perry, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thuston Perry of Mt. Home, was fatally injured Monday moring in an accident on a construction project at Cherokee, AL.
Perry, who was working for Corrugated Asbestos Company, fell about 40 feet. He was treated by a physician at Cherokee, and was being transferred to Baptist Hospital at Memphis when he died enroute near Corinth, MS.
He moved to Chrokee recently from Mt. Home.
Funeral services are shceduled for 2PM today (Thursday) at the local Assembly of God Church with Bro. Oris Vincent officiating. Interment will be in the Galatia Cemetery. Roller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangemtns.
Perry was born here on October 26, 1939, the son of Thurston and Julia Whitehead Perry. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church and attended Mt. Home High School.
He was married to the former Shirlery Anderson of Norfork.
Survivors include his parents; his wife; two sisters, Shirley Jean and Helen Ruth Perry, both of Mt. Home; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Perry of Bauxite.
