Married Betty Lamb, 1988, Norfork, Baxter County, Arkansas.

Granvil Weldon Lawson, 37, of Mt. Home, died Monday (March 5, 1990) at his home.
Visitation will be at 2PM today at Kirby Funeral Home. Services will be at 2PM Thursday at Galatia Church in Norfork with the Rev. Howard James officiating. Burial will be at Galatia Cemetery.
Mr. Lawson was born April 17, 1952, and was a lifetime resident of Baxter County. He was a truck driver with RLH Sanitation. He married Betty Lamb Lawson in 1988 in Norfork.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one granddaughter.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Lawson of Mt. Home; both parnets, Alfred and Gracie Acklin Lawson of Shady Grove community; one daughter, Sheila Coy of Arkana community; one grandson, Shane Coy of Arkana; three brothers, Troy Lawson of Shady Grove, Kenneth Lawson of Mt. Home, Lonnie Lawson of Missouri; five sisters, Mrs. Virgil May Coyle of Fifty Six, Juanita Bish of Mt. Home, Nia Halverson of Gresham, OR, Anna Mae Britt of Calico Rock and Nona Cornwell of Mt. Home.
