James Curtis Lawson
Born January 22, 1889, in Kentucky.
Died September 15, 1914, at Hopewell, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Husband of Faith Brown Bodenhamer Lawson.
Father of Ruby Lawson & Beulah Lawson (Beulah Lawson was born after James Curtis Lawson's death).
Son of Edward Ruff Lawson & Sarah Josie Lawson.

From the September 25, 1914, issue of The Baxter Bulletin, Mountain Home, Arkansas:
Curt Lawson, of Norfork, died suddenly last Tuesday morning at his home. His death was due to a conjestive chill. He was buried on his father's farm near Hopewell Wednesday. He is survived by a wife and one child.
