Josephine Ward, 78, of Maysville, died Wednesday at the Gravette Medical Center.
She was born April 3 1907, at Muskogee, Okla.
She was a resident of Maysville for the past 50 years. She cooked at the Maysville Public Schools and was a member of the Maysville Bible Church and the Maysville Helpers Club.
Survivors include three sons, Ray Ward of Gravette, Guy Ward of Aiea, Hawaii and Robert Ward of West Plains, Mo.; six daughters, Alameta Shields and Marcia Pritchard, both of Gravette, Juanita Sislo of Siloam Springs, Loreta Talbot, Annabell Philpott and Mabel Ward, all three of Maysville; 29 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Maysville Bible Church.
Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Wasson Funeral Home.
