William "Billy" Lee Smith, age 80, of Warren, AR. died Saturday January 5, 2013 at John Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR. Born October 13, 1932 in Ulm, Ar. a son of the late Willie Lee Smith and Elsie Potts Smith he was a lifelong carpenter and member of Church of Christ. Also, preceding him in death was a sister Betty Braswell.

Survivors are his wife Frances Burr Smith whom he married May 30, 1951. 4 sons Jimmy Ray Smith and spouse Anne, Billy P. Smith and spouse Karen, Keith Allen Smith and spouse Beverly, all of Warren, AR. Jerry Don Smith and spouse Joyce, Monticello, AR. 1 daughter Carolyn Ashcraft and spouse John Ed, Pansy, AR. 1 brother Scotty Ray Smith, Benton, AR. 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 3:30 p.m. Monday January 7, at Frazer's Chapel with Paul Mowrer and Doney Blackerby officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist and soloist was Brandy Garner. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jared Smith, Jeremy Smith, Sam Smith, Brian Smith, Christopher Smith and Ronnie Harton. Memorials preferred Lifetouch Hospice; 2301 Champagnolle Rd.; El Dorado, AR. 71730.
