Harold Loyd Coleman, 78, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2001, in his residence. He was a veteran of World War II and worked in maintenance for General Electric. He was a member of Unity Missionary Baptist. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today in Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Woodlawn cemetery in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Billie Ann Coleman of the home; two daughters, Gayle and husband Jim Tindall and Becky Hewitt, all of Fort Smith; one sister, Alice Floyd of Houston; two brothers, Acel Coleman of Arkoma and Floyd Coleman of Barrington, R.I.; two grandchildren, September Hewitt of Fort Smith and London Hewitt of Conway.
Pallbearers will be Jim Tindall, Perry Davis, Scott Bates, Mark Self, Jessie Henry and Ron Hadley.

Billie Ann Coleman, 86 of Fort Smith, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2009 in Fort Smith. She was born September 28, 1922 in Fayetteville.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Spiro, Oklahoma She was a children's Sunday school teacher most of her life. She was a retired Manager of the School Cafeteria at Parker Elementary.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Harold L. Coleman and her mother Gretta Davis.

Funeral services were June 5, 2009 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Reverend Vic Neve officiating.

She is survived by two daughters, Gayle Tindall and her husband Jim, of Fort Smith, and Becky Hewitt of Springdale; two granddaughters September Hewitt and London Hewitt; one great grandson Caydon Grandison, one brother Presley Davis and his wife Betty of Van Buren.
