Raymon Allen May, 52, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He was born May 29, 1971, in Hope Arkansas, to Robert and Dorothy May. Raymon graduated from Hope High School in 1989 and went on to attend the University of Arkansas where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. After college, he went to work at the family business, Butane Gas Company as a water pump installer and drilling rig operator. In 1999, he helped his father start May Water Service. His current employment was with Centex Construction as Director of Construction in Albuquerque, NM.

Raymon’s hobbies included playing golf, flying airplanes, hunting, and spending time with friends and family at the lake or at sporting events. His greatest joy in life was supporting his son’s successful golf career in high school and college, as well as on the Latin American PGA Tour.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert May

He is survived by his son, Garrett May of Dallas, Texas. Mother, Dorothy May of Hope, Arkansas. Brother Ronald May (Amy) of Colleyville, Texas. Nieces, Hailey and Morgan May. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be at 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM Sunday April 7, 2024, at Brazzel Oakcrest, 1001 S Main St. Hope, AR 71801 with graveside to follow in Central Cemetery in Hope, AR.
