Mrs. Jennie Holt, wife of Dock Holt, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 1917, following some days of sickness, aged about 58 years.
Miss Jennie Williams was born near Bentonville, Ark., June 6, 1859; was married to D.T. Holt March 24, 1876. To this union were born six sons: John, Bud, Nick, Near, Arch and Corbett, and four daughters: Emma (Mrs. J.G. Conrad, Corregidor, P.I.), Dora (Mrs. L.D. Sutton, Libby, Mont.), and Vance and Biddle who are at home. All of the children except Nick, of Grangeville, Ido., Arch, of Raton, N.M., and Mrs. Conrad were present at the funeral.
Rev. Wm. Edwards conducted the funeral service Tuesday and the body was laid to rest in Bethel cemetery.
The family have the sympathy of all in the loss of the beloved wife and mother.
