Mr. L.D. Sutton of Libby, Montana was a pleasant caller Wednesday. He and Mrs. Sutton came to Gravette on account of the death of the latter's mother, Mrs. Dock Holt. Mr. Sutton is in the U.S. timber service in north-western Montana and gave us some strong advice against people going to that country to take claims expecting to make a living. He said the West wanted the people to come all right to help develop the country but that they would be fooled - disappointed, as aside from logging there is nothing doing; agriculturally the country is a failure and people taking claims would suffer the consequences. Mr. Sutton renewed for this paper and highly commended the outspoken editorial policy.
