HOLT, Julia Elizabeth HENDREN - Julia Hendren was born Oct. 1, 1890; died Oct. 19, 1918. She was married to Charles H. Holt Sept. 29, 1909. To this union were born two children: Lena, aged 8 and Houstan, aged 3. She was converted in Aug. 1906 and united with the Methodist church. She lived a devout christian life and had hosts of friends, all of whom unite in offering condolence to the bereaved ones. The funeral occurred at Bethel Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. R.L. Jackson.

Julia Elizabeth Hendren, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.L. Hendren, was born October 1, 1890 near Grangeville, Idaho. When three years old moved to Delaware Co., Oklahoma with her parents and to Gravette in 1901; died October 19, 1918. She was converted at Bethel and joined the Methodist church and was later sanctified under Bro. McIntosh's preaching and lived a true Christian life. She was married to Charlie Holt in Sept. 1909; and to this union were born two children; Lena May Nola, age eight; Huston Preston, age three. She leaves husband, children, parents, six sisters, five brothers and a host of friends to mourn her departure. She was afflicted with influenza-pneumonia and through all her suffering she was patient and spoke of going home. Ones Who Loved Her.
