Raymond Ash, age 92, of Garfield, Arkansas passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at his home.

He was born March 18, 1930 in Clantonville, Arkansas the son of Lee and Rosa (Roller) Ash. On July 17, 1964 in Seligman, Missouri he was united in marriage to Rachel Burns, who preceded him in death on September 16, 2021. Also preceding him in death were his parents; one daughter, Lea Anna Ash and one sister, Letha Albritton.

Surviving are one son, Mylon Ash of Bella Vista, Arkansas; one sister, Louise Sanders and her husband Perry of Harrisonville, Missouri and four grandchildren, Timothy Landis, Jonathan Landis, Neena Ash and Veda Ash.

Raymond grew up and attended school in Washburn, Missouri graduating from Southwest High School in 1948. He was employed at Daisy in Rogers, Arkansas for twenty-four years. Raymond was a cattle farmer all of his life which he took great pride in and he was a very hard worker. He was a caretaker of Roller Ridge Cemetery for several years and was a member of Rogers First Assembly in Rogers, Arkansas.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 17, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Mylon Ash will conduct the services. Burial will be at Roller Ridge Cemetery in Gateway, Arkansas.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 P.M. Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Roller Ridge Cemetery or Gideons International in memory of Raymond.
