Elba Lee Garrett, of Wooster, passed away August 28, at Conway Regional Hospital. Elba was born February 20, 1941 at home in Mount Vernon, Arkansas to her late parents, Clarence and Mona Bartley of Mount Vernon. Elba was a lifelong Faulkner County resident. Elba was a member of Northside Church of Christ.
Elba is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Coy Junior Garrett, a daughter Tracye Stuart, and son-in-law John of North Little Rock, Granddaughters Amanda (Rick) Guarno of Jonesboro, Monica (Emilee) Stuart of North Little Rock, and Grandson Seth Stuart of Austin, Texas, along with one Great-Grandson, Coy Guarno of Jonesboro. She is also survived by two siblings, Arlene (Bob) Davidson of Melbourne, and Gene (Jan) Bartley of Conway.
The family will host a Memorial Visitation at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier Friday, August 31, 2018 from 6-8 pm.
