Mary Frances Barker Garrett, age 84, of Conway, passed away on March 19, 2014, in Conway [AR]. She was born on May 14, 1929, in New Edingburg AR, to her late parents, Chester and Edna Barker. Mary was the oldest of three children. She married Virgle L. Garrett, Sr. They had five children. Mary was a member of Lakeside Assembly. She enjoyed reading and gardening. Mary will be remembered by her loving family: Charlotte Bryant (Carroll), Janet Bray (Paul), Virgle L. Garrett Jr. (Brenda), and Cathy Heflin (Randel). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Virgle L. Garrett Sr.; her son, Charles (Bo) Garrett; one great-granddaughter, Hope Johnson; and two sisters, Geneva [BARKER] Ouzts and Lena Walker. Burial will follow at Mayflower Cemetery. Griffin Leggett Funeral Home.
