Bessie Mae Hunter, 84, of 309 O'Bryan Lane, Van Buren, Arkansas, died Tuesday at a Van Buren hospital. She was a member of the Free Holiness Pentecostal Block Church and lifelong resident of Crawford County.
Funeral was held at 1 p.m. Friday at Free Holiness Pentecostal Block Church. Burial was at Mount McCurry Cemetery at Rudy, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband, Plumer; three daughters, Mildred and Sue, both of Van Buren, Alvrein of Fort Smith; three sons,Lonnie and Alvin, both of Fort Smith and Leanord of Sallisaw, Ok; two brothers, Walter Dickson of Tulsa and Artie Dickson of Troup, Texas; 23 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
