Mr. Harold David Brown Sr. of Van Buren(Crawford County), Arkansas, died November 12, 2008, in a local hospital, at the age of 82 years. He was a wine steward and maitre'd; a member of the Derricks Chapel AME Church; a faithful chior member/steward and church member.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife: Rosie Brown.
He is survived by a daughter: Bevery Cotledge of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; a son: Harold Brown Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri; and two precious grandchildren.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at the Quinn AME Church, with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Ralph Norwood, Walter Harris, Bobby Driver, Otis Pilgrim, Malcom Smith, and Francis Wells.

She was 79 years old. Rosie is survived by her husband, Harold Brown Sr.; a daughter, Beverly Cotledge of Pine Bluff; a son, H. David Brown of Kansas City, MO; sister, Vivireen Carter of Kansas City, MO, and Dorothy Collins of Gulf Port, Mississippi; a brother, Walter Harris Jr. of Little Rock; and 2 grandchildren.
