*Obituary
Ervin Hale Brown, 80 years old of Route two Alma, died at his home Sunday, May 13, 1962, after a long illness. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors are two brothers, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Mount Olive Baptist Church near Alma. Van Ledbetter, minister of the Church of Christ, officiated. Burial was in Byars Cemetery, with Ocker Funeral in charge.
