March 14, 1950 - August 23, 2012
Charles Jimmie Pepper, 62, of Junction City, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was born March 14, 1950, to Charles Doyle and Ruby McKnight Pepper in Junction City, AR.
He was a member of College Avenue Church of Christ and worked as a pumper for Smackover Drilling for 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the horse races.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Ruby McKnight Pepper; brother, Ricky Lynn Pepper (Barbara) all of Junction City, AR; daughter, Cindy Pepper; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Young's.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Young's Chapel with Rev. Billy Smith and Bro. John Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Hux, Victor Nipper, Dennis Vines, Boyd Williams, J.D. Williams, and Steve Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmie Wayne Anderson, Tim McKnight and Kenny Merritt.
